Terms of Service

Effective: October 13, 2026. Contact: support@pretrei.com.

The service

Deep Focus System provides lyric-free audio mixes with a focus timer, session history, and streak tracking. Free tier: one mix per state, no account required. Pro ($29 one-time): all full-length mixes, downloads, and multi-device history.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping sign-in links private. One account per person; sharing Pro access outside your household is not permitted.

Payments & refunds

Pro is a one-time payment processed by Stripe (receipt by email). Because it unlocks instantly downloadable digital content, refunds are handled case by case — contact support@pretrei.com within 7 days and we will make it right, including a refund when the product demonstrably did not work for you.

Acceptable use

No scraping or mass downloading, no reselling or republishing the audio, no attempts to bypass access controls. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

No medical claims

The mixes are productivity background audio. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or promises any health or cognitive effect.

Availability

Provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; streamed URLs expire and renew automatically during long sessions.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use means acceptance.
